TextBloom Features

Text Expansion

Normal Expansions
– Create text expansions that populate when you type in its trigger or when you select it from the Sidebar
– Normal Expansions can include formatting and custom Date variables

Form Expansions
– Typing in its trigger or selecting it from the Sidebar pops up a window, allowing you to fill in all placeholders within your template before populating the completed text
– Form Expansions can include formatting, custom Date variables, and placeholders for both pre-built options or plain text entry

Tiered Pricing Expansions
– Typing in a Tiered Pricing Expansion trigger, including a number, will populate the expanded text, including the custom pricing calculations you build into its template
– Tiered Pricing Expansions can include formatting, custom Date variables, the number included within the typed trigger, and the price based on the tiered pricing built into the template

Password Expansions
– Passwords are stored locally and encrypted, prompting you to type in your system password or use your fingerprint before populating the password
– For input fields that block keyboard tracking, you can select the Password Expansion from the TextBloom Menu Bar

Clipboard Management

Clipboard History Organization
– TextBloom will save your clipboard history and clicking on any item from the TextBloom History Menu Bar will place that item on your clipboard so that it’s ready to be pasted

Clipboard Quick Pasting
– Hold down Command and Shift and press the Right Arrow key to pop up a window containing your entire clipboard history. Click on any item to immediately paste it
– You can also open your clipboard history from the Sidebar, clicking on any item to immediately paste it

Paste and Pop
– If you’ve copied multiple items and you only need to paste each one once, you can hold down Command and Shift and press either the Up Arrow or Down Arrow to paste either the oldest or newest item and remove it from your history

Breaker Mode
– Enabling Breaker Mode will automatically break your copied content into individual items on your clipboard history when using Command + C. Using Breaker Mode, copying a column in a spreadsheet will automatically make each line its own item, copying text will break each section (separated by a return/enter) into its own item, and copying multiple files on your computer will add each file individually
